What we collect
Lead form submissions (name, work email, organization, role, interest, volume, and optional business context) are stored in the secured lead store solely to respond to your inquiry. The free-text message is never included in automated email. Do not submit patient records, diagnoses, medications, clinical documents, or other health information through this form. We do not run third-party advertising trackers; privacy-conscious analytics record event names only.
Playground data
Demo mode runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to our servers. In Live mode, your request — including any credentials you paste — is forwarded to the BioMedora API endpoint configured for this site and is not persisted by the website. Never paste real patient data into either mode; use the sample content provided or your own synthetic data.
Your data
Automated confirmations come from [email protected] and cannot receive replies. Human responses come from [email protected]. Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete any inquiry record you submitted.
